Appellate Co-Counsel

Beth M. Johnson is available to work alongside your trial counsel to assist with research, drafting, and strategizing. Beth is often utilized by trial attorneys for preparing bench briefs, motions for summary judgment, motions for new trial, petitions for bills of review, and other pleadings for the trial court. Additionally, she can collaborate with your trial attorney to plan next steps and provide memoranda on various legal topics to help you and your trial attorney determine how to proceed with your case to achieve optimal results. Involving Beth in your case early is helpful because she analyzes cases with an eye for a potential appeal. With her appellate perspective, she can help ensure objections are preserved for appeal and the record is complete and organized in case you or the opposing party seeks relief from the court of appeals.
